Situated next to Sublette Park, we are within walking distance to great restaurants, Italian grocers, local pubs with outdoor bocce courts, and just 2 blocks from a YMCA! The park across the street has tennis courts and a play ground. a softball and a soccer field.
This location boast easy access to all major Hwy's & public transport, we are close to art, culture, sports & music venues, and many local events. If you're a foodie, the city is the place to be. We have great neighborhoods in all directions, each with restaurants and/or microbrews, shops, coffee houses.
We are also close to Tower Grove park which hosts a farmer's market every Saturday late spring to early fall and events like free yoga classes in the park.
This is a great place for singles, couples, and business travelers. And coming next month our 1st floor apartment will also be available to book. The 1st floor apartment, will have an in unit washer/dryer. This summer we plan to put in a back patio area off the back deck so guests can bbq, and if all goes well, a firepit to extend your evenings outdoors.
