On a quiet street, just west of Saint Louis University, there sits an apartment building with a quaint coffee shop on the 1st floor. It appears pleasant, but not too fancy. One may stop after a jog or on the way to work and order one of the many sandwiches, salads, deserts, or coffees on the menu. After a few minutes of partaking in the complimentary WiFi, the spread placed on the table looks anything but simple.
